Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Freedom Chair Massage

At Freedom Chair Massage, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure a positive experience for all clients. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible and fair as possible. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

Corporate / Group Bookings

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48–72 hours of the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable due to staffing and scheduling commitments and may incur extra charges.

Event Bookings (Conferences, Wellness Days, etc.)

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50%) may be required to secure the booking.

  • Full payment must be made no later than 7 days prior to the event.

  • Cancellations made at least 5 business days before the event may receive a partial refund, less the deposit.

Individual Sessions (if offered)

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be granted in special circumstances (such as emergencies or natural disasters) at the discretion of Freedom Chair Massage.
