Freedom Chair Massage LLC is committed to providing high-quality chair massage services through a network of experienced, licensed massage therapists. However, it is important to understand the scope of our responsibility and the nature of our business model:

1. Independent Contractors: All massage services are provided by independent contractors. These massage therapists are not employees of Freedom Chair Massage LLC. Each therapist operates independently and carries their own professional liability insurance. As such, Freedom Chair Massage LLC is not liable for any injury, discomfort, or adverse outcome that may occur during or following a massage session.

2. Therapist Qualifications: All contracted massage therapists have a minimum of two years of professional experience and are licensed and insured to practice in the state and/or city in which they operate. Clients are encouraged to communicate openly with therapists regarding any health concerns or physical limitations prior to the session.

3. No Medical Practice or Affiliation: Freedom Chair Massage does not operate under or in conjunction with any medical license. Our services are intended for relaxation and general wellness only, and do not replace medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical condition.

4. Limited Liability: Freedom Chair Massage is a limited liability company (LLC). Accordingly, no individual—owner, staff member, or contractor—bears personal liability for any claims or damages. Responsibility for massage-related outcomes rests solely with the individual therapist providing the service.
